Our client, a popular and high prestigious global Mayfair based Asset Management company has an important six month maternity contract opportunity available for a top PA / Administrative Assistant with previous financial business support experience, to provide business and private PA assistance to the Global Head of Real Estate.

A considerable aspect of this Business / Private PA role is providing support for the Global Head of Real Estate's charity work, which involves extensive travel organisation, complex diary management and inbox management. You will also provide business support to him, involving a substantial amount of client contact.

To be successful in this Business / Private PA role, you will have:

*Good standard of education
*Previous high level administrative / PA experience, ideally within Finance
*IT literacy and strong MS Office

*Polished appearance
*Ability to complete a six month contract
