Prestigious PR agency with a focus on the Arts, is looking for a Team Assistant to join their busy office! This agency has a particular focus on the Arts, and is dedicated to managing the reputation of arts, cultural and charitable organisations around the world. This is a busy and varied role but in return you will be surrounded by like-minded individuals in a fast paced and fun environment.
On a daily basis you will be supporting 4 Directors with ad hoc support to the MD when he is in the country. You will manage inboxes, diary management, travel coordination, restaurant bookings, timesheets and expenses, room bookings and more. You will also support the client teams with ad hoc work including preparing pitch presentations, reformatting document, managing client expenses and more. In addition, this role is very much a point of contact within the office so you will be the ‘go to’ person for any office queries, supplies etc. You will assist with social media and the website as well as handle all station and stock orders and be responsible for all H&S, Fire Warden duties etc.
This is an exciting and busy role for a Team Assistant with the right attitude who is willing to muck in. To be considered for this role, you should have a real passion for the arts and be driven to looking after clients in a seamless way. You must be able to work in a fast paced environment and have excellent communication. You will be a muck in character and someone with some personality!
