A Team PA opportunity has arisen to join a HNW Investment Family Office located in stunning offices in Mayfair (inside is like a stately home!). You will take on this hands-on and administratively heavy role to ensure the smooth running of this department (Supporting 2 Partners and team of 6 Stockbrokers – approx... 60 FTE’s in the company and other assistants to work alongside).

Your department are responsible for the processing and payments associated with new client accounts being opened and you will be the one to ensure all administrative tasks and PA duties for the team are actioned. Daily you will help with arranging meetings for the team, diary management, submitting expenses, stationery supplies, creating mail merges to clients, database upkeep and setting up new client accounts, producing reports, email management, document management and supporting with all projects!

To be successful you will have relevant PA and administrative skills, have top attention to detail, be highly proficient with Word (mail merge is essential) and Excel (also internal databases), have demonstrable experience supporting a team where you have had to self prioritise also. Equally as important is that you are a key communicator, friendly, have a can-do attitude and that you want to join a lovely team who will value your support and let you get on with what you do best on a day to day basis!
