Our client, a Trade Association based in the heart of the West End are looking for a business graduate who has gained minimum of 6 months office experience, to join their business services team. I am looking for someone who has a genuine interest in the economy, excellent communication skills and Microsoft office skills. The Role

Providing support to the Business Services department with implementation of self-assessment programme
Develop the service to provided subscribers
Assisting with the coordination of the spot audit process
Creating documentation to support the self-assessment programme
Dealing with subscriber enquiries
Building relationships with key subscribers
Producing reports 
Maintaining documentation and the CRM system ensuring all information is kept up to date
Working closely with franchises to ensure smooth running of the self-assessment process
Project and data coordination
Providing ad-hoc support/cover to the team 

The Person
Honours Degree or equivalent 
Experience of working within an office based role
Experience of supporting and executing projects
Excellent communication skills - written and oral
Excellent interpersonal skills - confident, articulate with a persuasive manner
Highly motivated and target orientated with clear focus on high quality customer satisfaction and project deliverables
Creative and innovative with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets - able to step up to the challenge when required.
Have a positive and enthusiastic approach to team-working with a strong sense of shared objectives and common goals
Must be diplomatic and tactful
Well-presented and businesslike 
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.
Flexibility, willingness to learn, be involved and adapt
Ability to multi-task and work effectively on different projects and campaigns
Self-starter with a pro-active approach and possesses a strong sense of initiative
