We have just taken on a fantastic Receptionist and Office Manager role in a corporate, global leading building and manufacturing firm, based in Soho but with offices globally. This is an exciting time for them as they are currently going through a rapid expansion phase and are looking to recruit some great candidates that will contribute to the ongoing success of the business.

The firm has never had the need for a Reception before now so they are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and set one up from scratch. You will be responsible for implementing all reception processes, reviewing the service providers they currently use, establishing greart relationships with the Building Management team in their new serviced office building and making sure the firm know how to use a reception (booking meeting rooms, couriers… all the usual!). As well as undertaking the usual front of house duties they are also looking for someone to take control of the Office Management; ordering stationary and office supplies, co-ordinating any work events (Christmas party, summer party, any off sites…) and being a point of contact with the HR team in New York.

The most important thing in this role is that you have a great work ethic, a muck-in attitude and are a true team-player! You will also have experience in a similar role within a corporate setting, specifically where customer service is key.

In return, they are offering up to £38k, depending on experience and the hours are 8-5pm with a benefits package included also.
