We have just taken on a fantastic role for an Office Manager / Bookkeeper to join a fun, boutique technology-focused firm based in Covent Garden. There are currently 12 people based in the serviced London office so they are looking for someone who can really be the lynchpin of the group.
Key responsibilities will include making sure the office is running smoothly by ensuring all facilities issues are addressed, stationery and office supplies are ordered and other ad hoc duties that arise. No PA support features currently, but this will gradually become part of the role. Assistance with Bookkeeping is also sought after and will be needed around 2 days per week, so you will help to manage the office budget and expenditure, reconcile payments and expenses. The company payroll is outsourced so you won't need to do this. There is also some involvement with HR such as the induction and on boarding of new starters, assistance with recruitment and contracts.
The ideal candidate will be down to earth and will fit in to a professional yet buzzy office and will be confident in their work. Previous experience in a similar role is essential and they are looking for someone who really knows what they are doing.
Their core hours are 9-5.30pm or 9.30-6pm and they are looking to pay up to £35k for the role. They have a pension scheme in place and will also offer a performance-related bonus or share options upon completion of a probationary period.
