We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to CEO for a period of 6 months to cover a  6 month maternity contract. This role is ideal for someone willing to work part-time and be part of an incredibly forward moving recruitment agency. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional assistance and support, this role might be the the one for you!

As a key member of Support Team your remit covers personal assistance to Chief Executive Officer.This role provides crucial support to CEO of the business and is seen as pivotal in managing his workload, and assist with day to day tasks.

Your responsibilities will involve:

  • Managing & maintaining the diary of the CEO, and preparing relevant documents & materials for meetings
  • Developing, maintaining and reviewing administration systems related to the duties of the CEO to achieve maximum efficiency
  • Ensuring all aspects of meetings / conferences / monthly sales meetings are organised, agendas and materials developed and prompt action taken maintaining timely responses to deadlines at all times
  • Recording and processing CEO expenses
  • Organising office and personal files of CEO
  • Scheduling, attending and minute meetings as required
  • Drafting speeches, articles, briefings, and project proposals as requested by the CEO
  • Undertaking tasks related to cost control projects and expense management
  • Coordinating all travel arrangements whilst maintaining efficiency of time & costs
  • Undertaking tasks for the board meetings, board pack collection, organisation and follow-up actions as required
  • Preparing presentations for Sales Meetings including gathering key data & input from stakeholders across the business
  • Maintenance of up to date employee records to enable CEO to send anniversary, birthday & special occasions cards & recognise special interests & events of employees
  • Manage CEO properties & provide ad-hoc support to CEO spouse when required
