Business Development / New Business – Recruitment

We are looking for a part time business developer to work with our recruitment consultants in building new B2B clients, this is an office based and client facing role for someone who is driven to achieve.

Role

Warm calling employers who have available roles
Cold calling specific sectors to introduce our services
Building relationships with London businesses and networking
Arranging client meetings for the recruitment consultants and attending when required
Working autonomously with an entrepreneurial spirit

Requirements

Previous experience in B2B calling, ideally in recruitment (we will consider certain other crossover experience for the right person)
Articulate with a clear speaking voice and telephone manner
Communication skills and able to build rapport over the phone
Source the correct person/contact, get past the ‘gate keeper’
Quick thinking with a good attitude and able to resolve objections / problem solver
Able to engage and build meaningful business relationships
Good IT skills


Terms

Temp to perm / permanent
Minimum of 12 /15 hours per week over two / three days (we are flexible on this and happy to discuss more hours)
Hourly rate of up to £15 per hour inclusive
