A high-profile Mayfair Professional Services company are looking to recruit an Office/Team Coordinator to support the admin activities and processes for one of their fast paced, dynamic and forward thinking departments. The role will be diverse, will offer ownership and opportunity to use initiative and planning skills. This Co-ordinator will need to have displayed breadth of experience, maturity and confidence with the ability to juggle a range of tasks from Finance through HR functions, PA and Communications.

Duties will include:

  • Taking care of the internal communications
  • Setting up and managing suppliers
  • Managing committees
  • Financial reporting and budget management and invoicing
  • Working with HR for the department’s day to day requirements
  • Diary management for 2 Directors

 Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of office management or team co-ordination
  • Administrative or assistant experience supporting a team of diverse functions
  • Must be proficient user of all Microsoft Office products
