Amazing EA for Fashion PR agency

My client, a leading Fashion & Lifestyle PR agency, are looking for a bright and experienced PA to join their team, supporting 2 Directors within the Consumer and Lifestyle divisions. The role will be busy as you support some incredibly busy members of the senior team, during a really exciting period of growth and development for the company. You will be surrounded by cool and creative colleagues, and rewarded with a generous salary and fab benefits.

Your typical duties as PA will include extensive travel bookings, including flights, visas and itineraries. You will also be responsible for full diary management across multiple time zones, often including last minute schedule changes. You will liaise with important clients, and assist with preparing PowerPoint presentations.

For this PA role, you must have at least 2 years of experience as a PA, gained within a creative industry. You must be really proactive, always staying one step ahead and pre-empting your bosses’ next requirements. You must be meticulously organised with a super eye for detail. You must have an interest in the industry, with a good knowledge of the company’s clients.
