Strictly Recruitment are excited to be working with a reputable fashion distributor based in West London, we are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director with a variety of duties.
This is a fast paced and challenging role where no two days will be the same, you will see yourself being involved in a number of exciting tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity for a polished and ambition individual to join a rapidly expanding fashion company!
The PA will be:
- Working closely with the MD, Directors & other senior managerial staff
- Be the first point of contact between people both internal & external to the organization in relations to discussions with the senior management
- Diary management, handle secretarial and administrative tasks for the senior management
- Liaise with external vendors / suppliers for office facilities & Maintenance
- Maintain & improve office systems, data management, filing, and additional administrative tasks
- Carry out ad hoc / specific projects related to the office
- Handle HR administrative tasks; assist in the screening process, efficient records keeping, general HR tasks etc
- Understand and work in line with the organizations aims & objective
- Liaise with other departments/ branches of the company
As the PA you must have:
- Previous experience as a Personal Secretary / Executive Assistant / ideally from a professional service firm
- Experience working in a fast paced environment, with the ability to deal with multiple issues and prioritise your workload accordingly
- Excellent organisation skills
- You will be self-motivated and able to work well under pressure
- Work well unsupervised using your own initiative
- Excellent timekeeping, attendance, appearance and attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- An excellent attitude and approach to your work
