Our client is looking for a Telesales Agent to join their growing team in Battersea, South West London.

Client Details

Our client is a leading provider in the FMCG market. The Telesales Agent will be based in offices at their Battersea industrial depot.

Description

The Telesales Agent be responsible for:

  • Making outbound calls to existing customers
  • Dealing with incoming calls to take customer's normal orders
  • Managing your own customer base
  • Assisting every customer in finding the right product from across the range, selling in new lines, link and gap selling, and maximising customer spend

    • Profile

    The Telesales Agent will have:

    • Good problem solving skills
    • Confidence when speaking on the phone
    • Good organisational skills
    • Good communication skills
