An instantly recognised international online advertising platform are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join their fun team. This techy company is based in Richmond so we are looking for candidates who can get there easily (train from Waterloo or Overground: line from Stratford to Richmond via Willesden Junction). This permanent position pays up to £26k depending on experience. Hours of work: 9am-6pm.

You will also be responsible for training, insight and support on correct system usage and to enhance the Sales Operations team’s capability.

Salesforce Administrator key responsibilities

• Processing a high volume of product orders and client contracts • Processing invoices for all sales transactions • Checking prices and contracts are up to date and accuracy of data • Reporting monthly sales results to the sales team • Supporting the sales teams with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives • Keeping track of sales targets • Monitoring customer accounts • CRM Management Requirements and Experience Advanced Microsoft Office skills is essential (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Previous experience with CRM’s (Salesforce imperative)
