PA for maternity cover at West End Hedge Fund

Start Date: 13th Feb 2017

Salary: Circa £35k

The role is to assist two fantastic Portfolio Managers as well as a team of analysts at a small West End Hedge Fund. It’s a lovely company and team to work with. The start date is mid Feb and the cover is for a minimum of 10 months.

Typical duties include:

• Extensive diary management;
• Business travel for the team;
• Personal travel for the portfolio managers;
• Organising team events;
• Assisting the office manager when required;
• Maintaining research service provider contracts;
• Compliance assistance for the team;
• Processing expenses;
• Ad Hoc personal duties for the portfolio managers.
• The team attends a lot of conferences so organising hotels, travel and schedules is an important part of the role.
• Maintaining the holiday calendar for the team;

This is a support role and will suit someone who is diplomatic, friendly and willing to assist in any way possible. The preferred candidate will be proactive and able to work with different management styles and personalities.

Key Skills and Experience required:

• Relevant previous experience required ideally within Financial Services
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• A flexible approach and ‘can do’ attitude
