Established, global investment management firm based in the heart of the West End requires an immediately available Assistant to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis.

Based in beautiful offices, this role will be working in a successful and focused team of individuals to ensure the coordination of office operations and procedures.

As the Float Assistant to this busy office, this role will be varied and ever changing to fit the needs of the business and will require someone who will take true ownership and pride in their work. This person will float as a PA - either supporting other PAs or stepping in when they are not there. Also have 10 people they will support as a constant and will cover Reception over lunch and for holidays. This will include booking meetings, conferences, diary management, international travel booking, client liaison, building relationships within the business and anything required to provide a smooth running team.

There is loads of potential here and you will be a naturally confident person who is comfortable communicating to senior level. Your previous Office experience will be essential in being able to provide support in any duties required. Confidentiality and speed are essential in this role and you will be able to multitask effortlessly.
