The Role

In this newly created position, you will join a team of 4 who are constantly looking for ways to improve the efficiency, processes and smooth running of the firm.

You will be responsible for:

  • Formatting, amending and creating documents to be in line with the firm’s house style
  • Liaise with various departments within the firm to assist in the use and creation of and precedents
  • Answering precedent queries
  • Producing electronic manuals and ensuring these are distributed within the firm

The Candidate

To be considered for this role you must be:

  • Degree educated
  • Advanced Microsoft office skills
  • Experience with creating templates and amending documents
  • A fast and accurate typing speed of 55wpm +
