Tiger recruitment have just taken on an exciting, new junior PA/office assistant role supporting the EA to a UHNWI, situated in Kensington. They are looking for a pro-active, super personable candidate with a can-do attitude to join their super lovely team and support the EA with office administration as well as personal duties. You will be based from his Private residence, assisting with the smooth running of the office and enabling one to gain exceptional PA experience in a unique setting.
The role primarily involves supporting the current Executive Assistant, with office assistant duties including, the co-ordination of tickets, organising guest lists and events invitations, researching travel, answering the phones, organising the stationery, maintaining office supplies and other ad hoc duties. You will, additionally, be involved with assisting the EA with overflow of administration as well as any personal duties required. This is a great opportunity to gain excellent office/ PA experience whilst learning on the job and learning from a highly-experienced EA who will mentor and support your longer-term career development.
The ideal candidate will be hardworking and confident, with excellent attention to detail and understanding of MS office skills – a real hands on approach and natural warm, friendly persona is needed in this role.
