NEW TEMP TO PERM CALL CENTRE / CUSTOMER SERVICES JOB IN CHESTERFIELD


An individual with the ability to work well in a fast paced and busy call centre environment is required for a new temp to perm opportunity.

Our client are a growing company with an eye on future growth and development and are keen to add to their capable and confident team with additional members who will help them to succeed.

The primary aim of this position is to provide exceptional and accurate customer service to a range of customer enquiries. The successful applicant will demonstrate on application that they have the skills and abilities required and have used these effectively in a previous role. Due to the nature of this positions candidates will need to be on little or no notice period.

Key duties include:
Excellent customer service
Professional telephone manner
Accuracy in recording detail and maintaining records
Prompt and efficient response to customer enquiries
Other duties as required

Hours of work for this post will be on a rota basis with evening and weekend working involved but not required every week.
