Victoria Wall Associates are recruiting for a trainee research consultant to join our collaborative team. VWA is a search and selection business that has been established for 27 years.

VWA is one of the most respectable consultancies in London. Our client-base ranges from small boutiques to global international firms, creative to corporate, and we recruit from graduate and entry-level positions to Senior EAs. With relationship building at the heart of our business, our network continues to grow and diversify with new clients and candidates being recommended to VWA by existing ones.

This role is integral to the success of the team by not only providing administrative support to the 5 consultants on the permanent desk, but also with candidate sourcing and business development research. Developing your business and commercial sense, you will be working closely with the established Research Consultant. Your duties will include:

• Screening applications to advertisements and actively sourcing through various jobsites
• Telephone interviewing
• Organising and confirming registration meetings for new candidates
• Diary management
• Managing and updating the internal database
• Business Development research
• Collaborating on VWA's marketing strategy
• General administration.

This is a varied role is for someone who is team-orientated, good at communicating and a real 'doer'. It is a highly rewarding role and will suit someone who is looking for his or her first office-based role within a fun, collegiate environment!
