NEW BUSINESS EXECUTIVE – LEADING AD AGENCY

Our client is a globally leading Advertising Agency, and they’re looking for a bright and organised New Business Executive to join their dynamic London team. As a member of the New Business team, you will play a fundamental role in the running of the New Biz / Business Development team by working alongside the team in leading pitches and key growth projects. You will work alongside top creatives in a busy but rewarding role, in return for a generous salary and fantastic benefits.

As New Business Executive, some of your typical duties will include: assisting with project management; scheduling meetings into the team’s diaries and preparing documentation for these meetings; creating copy for New Business materials; researching clients; maintaining a competitor insight database; implementing a timing plan; project managing the development of collateral; liaising with the team and coordinating stakeholders; supporting with pitch prep including production, facilitating brainstorms, research, data requirements, logistics and rehearsals; prepare documents; research prospective clients; maintain database and much more! You will be heavily involved and a key member of the team so a keen interest in New Business is key!

To be considered for this New Business role, you must have demonstrable knowledge of the New Business process within ads/media. You will have strong project management skills. You must be highly organised with excellent attention to detail, and flawless written and verbal English. You must also be an advanced PowerPoint user.
