Award-Winning Creative Advertising Agency - HR Advisor /Senior HR Advisor

Our client is a multiple award-winning Creative Advertising Agency who work with some of the world’s most iconic brands and produce some of the most iconic advertisements currently in circulation.  They are now looking for a HR Advisor/Senior HR Advisor to join their team as the Agency continues to grow and thrive.

The ideal HR Advisor/Senior HR Advisor will work collaboratively within the HR team and across the business to provide sound and professional advice and guidance to managers and staff on HR and employee relations issues.

Key responsibilities include:-

• Provide best practice process, policy and employment law advice
• Manage HR Employee Relations processes
• Ensuring probationary period key stages are planned and met on time
• Support, coach and develop line managers consistently in all aspects of people management
• Provide day to day support and guidance to the HR Assistant and HR Coordinator
• Day to day implementation of holiday system
• Keeping across the organisational charts
• Support the Head of HR with specific HR projects and initiatives as appropriate

As the HR Advisor you will inspire confidence and trust and be able to deliver good outcomes for employees and the business.  They are looking for someone who listens actively and who can demonstrate empathy.  You must be confident in communicating with people at all levels and understand and foster a style and sense of approachability. You must be discreet and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.

This Agency is based in stunning offices in London and offers one of the best working environments around.  This is a newly created role and so the successful HR Advisor can really put their own mark on this lovely position.
