Events Administrator at a leading Business Advisor and Financial Consultancy, starting immediately.

Your new company
This leading Business Advisor and Financial Consultancy, based in the City is looking for an events administrator on a 6 month FTC to enable a smooth running with all events within the office.

Your new role
Your new role will partly consist of general administration from helping out with general filing to booking meeting rooms. On the events side you will need to be happy to get your hands dirty, you will need to rearrange meeting rooms so this will consist of moving chairs and tables. You will be in charge of ordering stationary, food and drinks for events. You will be responsible to set up the meeting rooms to a high standard. You will be working around 40 hours per week but start and finish times can vary depending on events.

What you'll need to succeed
Preferably you will come from a catering background with administration expereince. They are looking for someone who wants to work hard and get the job done asap. Experience ordering stationary, food and drinks, this will allow you to really hit the ground running.
