My Client, an International Association based in the City are on the hunt for a switched on and professional French speaking Secretary to join their team.

Your main duty will be to support 3 Directors who are based in Parish and office administration to both the London and Paris team. This is a great opportunity for anyone who would love to have the chance to travel once a month to Paris and join the overseas office.

Duties include but not limited to:
*Diary and travel arrangements.
*Arranging meetings for departmental Committees.
*Organising conference calls.
*Completing expenses.
*Membership liaison.
*Booking seminars.

The ideal candidate should be fluent French and have strong secretarial and administration skills. You will have a friendly and professional working approach and be a key team player.

Paying up to £35K - This is a permanent position.
