EA (URGENT)

One of our clients, a well renowned global company, is looking for an amazing EA to join them for 5 months in their Reading office. There is potential for the role to go permanent or be extended after these initial 5 months. It is a great opportunity to join a market leading company, working within a creative, dynamic and enthusiastic team.

You will be providing support to one of the most senior members of the business, who will be keen for you to get involved in exciting projects alongside your general EA duties. This role requires you to be immediately available as it has an ASAP start.

In the EA role you will be:
• Managing a complex calendar
• Organising both domestic and international travel
• Liaising with senior across the business
• Coordinating internal meetings, as well as being the face of the person you are supporting
• Coordinating and leading exciting projects

They are looking for someone who:
• Has excellent organisational skills
• Excellent attention to details and able to work well under pressure
• Excellent written English and knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Proactive and enthusiastic person
• Strong previous experience in a PA/EA capacity, preferably having supported on an equally senior level
• Educated to degree level preferable, but can be overlooked if their person has other relevant experience
