This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with previous PA experience to join a creative and unique organisation. You will provide PA duties to one Director, their family as well as providing support to other Directors & senior executives when required.

The ideal candidate will be highly competent with all PA duties. Strong organisational skills and a pro-active attitude are essential.

THE ROLE:

• Screening and dealing with phone calls
• Organising and maintaining their diaries
• Dealing with incoming post
• Organising meetings
• Ensuring directors are well prepared and fully briefed for meetings
• Organising both business and personal travel arrangements including; Flights, hotels, car bookings, suggested itineraries etc
• Booking entertainment, restaurants, concerts etc
• Everyday needs for the director and family - i.e. personal errands, liaising with family staff, schools etc.
• Organising both business and personal gifts
• Providing PA support to other directors in the business when required

The role will command absolute discretion and commitment. The successful candidate should be able use their own initiative to prioritise workload according to the demands of the day.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous PA experience at director level

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to use own initiative
• Strong IT skills
• Friendly and approachable
• Fast and accurate typing speed
• Extensive knowledge of top London restaurants and members club
