Top Class Ad Agency based in central London are looking for a bright and forward thinking PA to support a team of two. This international, creative business is extremely successful, nurturing and full of great people you can learn from and enjoy working with.
On a typical day you will be providing full support including complex travel itineraries, visas, extensive diary management, PPT presentations, fielding calls, coordinating training, assisting HR, dealing with high profile clients and much more. This is a varied role and you MUST be able to work on your own initiative.
To be considered for this role you will be extremely well presented and well-spoken with excellent communication (client facing role with very senior and high profile clients); you will have at least 3 years’ experience as a PA; you will need a level of maturity and have the confidence to deal with very senior people with ease; you will have excellent IT skills including MS Office Word, PPT and Excel.
