Legal Secretary in Family

A top family lawyers based in Chancery Lane are looking for a motivated and top performing PA to support their senior partners on a temporary basis.This is a short-term role requiring a flexible candidate who is available at short notice.

Responsibilities:

• Extensive diary management
• Document management including amending, proof reading and typing documents
• Maintaining all filing systems effectively
• Time recording for fee earners
• Extensive audio and copy typing
• Filing and providing administrative support as and when required

Requirements:

• Previous experience of supporting at Partner level at a law firm, ideally within Family law
• Excellent technical skills with advanced knowledge of MS Word as well as previous experience of using FileSite
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Applicants must have excellent written skills
• Ability to work on own initiative
