Roadshow Coordinator
Our client, based in the City is currently looking for a Roadshow Coordinator to join their Investor Relations Team and get involved in all aspects of Event and Roadshow Management.
You will be responsible for:
Liaising with clients to deliver a high level of service regarding roadshows and events as well as liaising with other internal departments and working closely with the Sales Team
Assist with the organisation of all events and collate feedback. Arrange meetings and manage diaries. Prepare presentations - printing and binding. Producing profiles. Update the CRM system. Organise travel and accommodation. Preparing documentation - agendas and minutes. Handling communication within the department and general ad-hoc duties.
You will come for an Investor Relations / Roadshow Coordinator background.with proven experience. Highly organised and able to juggle and prioritise your workload and work to deadlines and timelines. Able to work under pressure and keep calm and professional. Attention to detail is key. Excellent communication skills at all levels. Proactive.
