Legal PA in Employment

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA to work within the employment department of one of London’s top law firms has arisen. Our client is looking for someone to join on a temporary basis to assist the fee earners and secretaries with additional workload. They are looking for someone who is flexible, proactive and diligent with a confident communication style.

Broad areas of responsibility will include:

• Providing full administrative support to a team of busy lawyers
• Multiple diary management
• Travel arrangements
• Extensive and complex client billing
• Audio and copy typing

Requirements include:

• Flexible and proactive approach to work
• The ability to work at an exceptionally high standard
• Confident communication skills and the ability to liaise with people at all levels
• Advanced knowledge of Word and fast and accurate typing skills
