Team Assistant wanted for global bank – Trading Desk – City Location

New role for an exceptional Team Assistant for a busy trading desk within a private bank in the City of London. You will be part of a vibrant, dynamic and fun (work hard play hard) company culture. 

You will support a team of equity traders and analysts to make their working day more efficient. Duties such as; complex travel arrangements, diary management, global expenses and any other ad hoc duties needed. 

The successful candidate will have at least 2+ years’ experience within a financial or professional services environment, ideally be education to degree levels as a minimum. My client is looking for someone who can think on their feet, has excellent customer service skills and able to work in a fast paced environment. You will have exceptional organisational skill and highly proficient in MS Packages.
