Currently we are recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team on a 1 year Maternity cover contract. As the Recruitment Administrator, you will be reporting directly to the temporary resource team to help support in the administrative duties along with resourcing candidates;

• Publish job adverts on relevant job boards
• Respond to candidate queries in a timely manner, providing a positive candidate experience
• Act a point of contact for the team and helping the client base with their queries as necessary
• Answering phone calls and taking messages when necessary
• Working with job boards to search for new candidates and booking them in to meet with the relevant consultants
• Briefing candidates on new job opportunities
• Undertake various checks on potential candidates
• Assisting with any other ad-hoc duties that may arise

What will the successful candidate be like?

• Educated to degree level with previous administrative experience
• IT literate with knowledge in navigating MS software packages
• Be able to work independently and under specific instruction
• Organisational skills and attention to detail is essential
• Able to work to tight deadlines
• Good communications skills
