URGENT ** EA - Fluent German

A fantastic role for an experienced EA to join a City Based Investment Bank asap on an on-going basis.
Working for a senior Divisional Board Member providing EA support and adhoc support to the direct reports as required.
Hours are typically 9am - 5:30pm with flexibility required

Duties include:

Extensive diary management
Acting as Gatekeeper
Travel Coordination
Coordinating the teams expenses
Personal tasks for the Divisional Board Member
Any adhoc requests
Fluent in German is essential

This is a very busy role and requires the successful EA to hit the ground running. Experience working within Banking or financial services is essential. You will be privy to lots of confidential information so confidentiality and discretion is a MUST! You will be highly proactive and try to pre-empt any requirements for your boss. This is a long term role and are flexible on notice period for the right person.
