Customer Service Adviser - 6 month contract to perm - Brentford/Hounslow £18,000


A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a personable and professional individual to work in a large financial services organisation in the Brentford area. This opportunity is a temporary role for 6 months in a fixed term contract basis with the view to go permanent in the Summer, so it's a great opportunity to learn new skills in the customer service field. The start date for this role is the 23rd of January so candidates must be immediately available or on short notice in order to apply.

Your new role will be that of a Customer Service Adviser working in a large, busy and exciting team of other individuals working on inbound enquiries, some complaints, email correspondence and order processing. The position will be 37.5 hours a week with a degree of flexibility required for shift patterns, the occasional late evening might be involved but if this was required a laptop would be provided to the successful individual to work from home. The role will be predominantly Monday-Friday with the occasional Saturday or Sunday, if so a day in lieu would be provided.

In order to be successful you will have an excellent telephone manner, personable and professional with the ability to problem solve with customer service experience being an advantage.

In return you will be offered a 6 month fixed term contract and an £18,000 pro-rata salary (the equivalent of 9p/h) and the opportunity to work in a fantastic organisation. Candidates must be immediately available or on short notice in order to start promptly on the 23rd of January.
