An exciting opportunity has arisen for an administrator to join the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Division at this leading national law firm in the Southampton office. The successful candidate's main responsibilities will be to ensure efficient support to the commercial litigation team with a broad range of administrative, numerical and operational tasks.

The Person Specification

Candidates must be confident, organised and have good verbal and written communication skills including a good telephone manner. Previous work experience in a professional environment would be helpful.


Qualifications / Experience:

•    Confident in the use of IT and software
•    Willing to learn and improve
•    Organised, accurate with a strong attention to detail
•    Adaptable, flexible and able to multi-task
