We have a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the corporate working world. Our client, luxury serviced offices, are looking for service assistants to jump on board their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career. 

No experience is needed but you will need to be very confident, outgoing and upbeat. Your main duties will be dealing with clients needs therefore a friendly and personable attitude is key. Additionally, you will have excellent communication skills. 

Duties will include: 

  • Opening and closing of the centre 
  • Regular walk around checks to ensure the centre is as it should be 
  • Receptionist duties, meeting and greeting clients 
  • Administration tasks such as ordering stationery, filing, scanning 
  • Preparing and sorting meeting rooms 
  • Answering calls 
  • Arranging transport for clients 
  • Preparing offices for new clients move ins
  • Ad hoc tasks such as personal errands, ordering lunches etc
