Junior Private PA to support the EA of a HNW High Profile figure.  Based in St James's SW1.  This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 1-2 years' experience (ideally supporting a HNW or similar) to join this well known creative individual and his EA and learn and grow in the role.  You will have energy and commitment and understand the demands and expectations of a high profile/HNW individual and have bags of initiative.  Top eye for detail (check everything twice) The boss is very particular about having things right!  Logical thinker and doer in all respects.  Good humoured and enjoyes working in a collaborative manner with a great EA who will teach you all the tricks and manner of supporting a HNW.High Profile person.  Assisting with travel arrangements (best routes and using common sense).  Assisting with a forever moving madly busy diary, good writing skills for correspondence and emails.  Good logistics skills for keeping track of invitations, birthdays, shows and personal matters.  Helping with parties and events when needed.  Keeping track of expenses (reasonably numerate),  Keeping data base up to date,  Good research skills, Gift buying and returning!.  This is an outstanding opportunity to learn the ropes as  private PA under the guidance of a top EA who is lovely to work with and will teach you everything.   Good with logistics and getting things done quickly is vital!  Excellent package
