Senior Team Assistant

This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright Graduate PA 2nd jobber, with office experience, ideally within a professional services environment or similar.  As PA to 3 busy senior managers, and their teams you will be organising and prioritising busy diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, both UK and International, co ordinating events, and putting together powerpoint presentations, conducting research work, running errands and mucking in generally.  This team PA role would suit a team player who enjoys being part of a busy office, enjoys juggling a hectic workload and remains calm with a sense of humour at all times!  THe office is made up of all characters with different demands, so you must be a PA who can wear many hats and enjoy varied and dynamic role and workload.  You must be a flexible PA who can work through the peaks and troughs and remain professional at all times.  This role would suit a PA or Team Assistant, ready for the next step.  Ideally you will have a degree or be educated to degree level and have at least 2 years + solid office administative experience under your belt in a professional corporate office.
