Executive Assistant: Our client - a prestigious City law firm with stunning offices are now looking for a super polished Executive Assistant to provide a seamless and proactive executive support to an incredibly busy Senior Partner and team within their Dispute Resolution department.

Executive Assistant: This is a great chance for someone who wants a diverse and stimulating role, you will have the opportunity to be involved in BD aspects where you will be working very closely with the BD/Marketing team.

Executive Assistant: You will be coordinating lots of International travel, managing complex travel itineraries, managing incredibly inbox of partner and much much more!! This role will only be suitable for someone who is polished, proactive, solutions driven with the ability develop relationships with internal and external clients.

The successful Executive Assistant will have the following experience/skills:

  • EA/PA experience gained from professional services environment
  • Experience in Business Development
  • Experience in Legal advantageous - but by no means essential
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills - PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
