Our client, leading global asset management firm in the West End, is looking to recruit an organised Documentation Assistant. This role is primarily providing assistance to the operations team; sorting and scanning client documents, creating an electronic database and overseeing the removal of physical documents. This role is ideal for someone who has worked with legal documents.
Responsibilities
- Sorting and scanning a large volume of client documentation
- Creating an electronic database
- Working closely with the Facilities team to oversee the removal of the physical documents to an offsite location
- Raising any questions to the Operational Services Administrator as required
Requirements
- Previous experience working in an administrative role
- Previous experience handling legal documents would be advantageous
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills – with the ability to adapt to new systems quickly
- Ability to work proactively both independently and in a team
- High level of confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
