Our client, leading global asset management firm in the West End, is looking to recruit an organised Documentation Assistant. This role is primarily providing assistance to the operations team; sorting and scanning client documents, creating an electronic database and overseeing the removal of physical documents.  This role is ideal for someone who has worked with legal documents.

Responsibilities

  • Sorting and scanning a large volume of client documentation
  • Creating an electronic database
  • Working closely with the Facilities team to oversee the removal of the physical documents to an offsite location
  • Raising any questions to the Operational Services Administrator as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in an administrative role
  • Previous experience handling legal documents would be advantageous
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills – with the ability to adapt to new systems quickly
  • Ability to work proactively both independently and in a team
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion at all times
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
