Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Secretary to provide seamless support to a divisional COO and CFO, within City-based Financial Services firm. Varied role requiring excellent attention to detail, advanced MS Office skills and strong prioritisation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Diary management
  • UK and overseas travel arrangements, preparing detailed itineraries
  • Producing meeting minutes, with follow up on action points
  • Processing invoices, reconciling expenses
  • Gatekeeping: screening and actioning calls and emails
  • Preparing reports and presentations
  • Ad hoc Projects and Events
  • Records/Database management
  • Adhering to various departmental processes

Requirements

  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Previous secretarial experience, ideally gained within corporate/Financial/Professional Services firm
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong team player with ‘hands on’ approach
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a heavy and varied workload
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
