Trading floor assistant

Fantastic Investment bank in the City seek a Team assistant to support 3 MDs and a wider team, for a very busy role on a Trading Floor. Prior trading floor experience is a MUST. 

Your duties will include:

• Extensive calendar management
• Answering and screening a high volume of calls
• Coordinate meetings/conferences
• Extensive travel arrangements
• Process expenses
• Excellent communication skills 
• Ability to prioritise
