Their offices are based in a modern office complex located in the hip location of Farringdon. The area boasts cafes and eateries on cobbled streets where markets spring up on a regular basis - this is a great location where you can mix business with pleasure. What does the role consist of?

This is an incredibly busy and intense Personal Assistant role that primarily involves supporting three of their Partners. You will be dealing with complex UK and international diary management - You will be coordinating the schedules, travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for various directors as well as managers and visiting clients. Additionally you will be supporting the principal managers as part of a dedicated project team working with a range of well recognised clients and ensuring all tasks at hand are completed smoothly.

What will the successful candidate be like?

We are looking for someone who is has experience working for a global organisation supporting a team at the highest level. You will need to have previous experience within a large creative agency looking after senior and busy executives in the client servicing and/or MD area, have board level minute-taking and are super organised and proactive.

Minimum Qualification required is a Bachelors Degree.
