A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a prestigious international company for an Italian speaking PA to provide a combination PA and secretarial support to a small group of directors and their international teams! Owing to the nature of the team's workloads, this role requires an experienced PA/team secretary fluent Italian who is used to working in fast-paced environments, with multiple deadlines and ever-changing schedules whilst being able to demonstrate great flexibility, professionalism, organisational skills and be willing to take on additional responsibilities.

This is a new role with the organisation, making this is a great opportunity to establish yourself and become a pivotal member to the teams with long-term possibilities for the right candidate. As an Italian speaking PA your responsibilities will include but not limited to: dealing with all incoming correspondence vis email, telephone and fax in English and Italian, meeting and greeting clients, screening calls and emails, diary management, meeting organisation, booking travel arrangements, expenses and invoice processing using SAP, creating and maintaining reports, spreadsheets and databases, manging office stationery and IT for the department as well as undertaking ad-hoc office administration when required.

Suitable candidates must have perfect fluency in English and Italian, possess a stable and solid PA background with experience of working within a similar environment and display professionalism at all times and. Knowledge of SAP is preferable.

  • Fluent Italian written and spoken
  • Fluent English written and spoken
  • Professional and well presented with excellent interpersonal skills
  • A stable PA / Secretarial background including UK based work experience
  • Experience from within a busy corporate environment
  • Meticulous organisation skills
  • IT literate including of MS Office suite
  • Knowledge of SAP is highly desirable
  • Professional, trustworthy, discreet and excellent communication skills
  • You will need to be resilient, very organised, methodical and able to cope with a busy workload whilst remaining calm under pressure and be able to work independently
  • Available to interview immediately
