Mayfair

Based in the heart of Mayfair is a prestigious company looking for a Receptionist / Front of House Administrator.

You will work closely with the Front of House Manager on a two man desk where you will be the face of the company.

We are looking for a Front of House perfectionist who takes pride in their appearance, keeping the space immaculate and always offering a five star greeting to clients and colleagues alike!

This is an extremely busy and diverse position where you will be juggling multiple responsibilities:

  • Answering the busy switchboard and transferring calls
  • Meeting and greeting all visitors, providing refreshments and ensuring they receive a first class greeting
  • Managing the main diary and meeting room calendars
  • Booking travel (flights, trains, accommodation), couriers, taxis, transport
  • Preparing meeting rooms, ordering lunches and preparing teas/coffee
  • Ordering stationary and general office supplies, managing the post and general housekeeping throughout the day
  • Any other administrative tasks as required

You will either be a career receptionist or have a years admin experience but looking to build a career in front of house.   

To be successful within this position you will be self motivated, enthusiastic, have high attention to detail and excellent problem solving abilities. You will have excellent communication skills and have at least 1 year experience within a reception/ administrative position.
