CIPD? HR Manager/Generalist for fast paced global Company
We are looking for a CIPD qualified HR Generalist/HR Manager to work with a rapidly growing, forward-thinking technology company with offices worldwide. The role will be based in their London Head Office and will have the autonomy to continuously improve company policies, HR processes etc. You will produce HR analysis, will have a good knowledge of HR systems, oversee employment law and regulatory compliance, manage policy development. The main duty will be managing the day to day HR and administration for their office (circa 130 in London). In the perfect world it would be great if you had knowledge of U.S. Law as they are setting up and employing in the U.S. at present also. They are massively busy (and very successful) so soonest start would be amazing but they will wait for the right person if on notice. This is a very dynamic, fast paced environment so you will need to be brilliantly organised, fantastic at multi-tasking and have a calm manner. There will be some international travel and previous experience in coordinating HR procedures throughout corporate M & A would be activity desirable.
