The Role

• To effectively manage and control advertising response to ensure we get the best results and screen and recruit the best candidates.
• To attend all jobs update meetings to ensure candidate matches identified.
• To liaise with consultants regarding vacancies, putting forward suitably matched candidates for each vacancy.
• To interview candidates in line with company standards ensuring competency based approach for interview is adhered to. (Once trained)
• Ensure all candidate information is added to IQX with particular attention to comprehensive interview notes and skills
• Ensure candidates are introduced to other permanent consultants as soon as possible.
• To ensure applicants are matched in line with their career goals, requirements and expectations and individual potential.
• To ensure regular availability contact is made

The Person

The ideal person would be a second jobber with strong MS Office skills and excellent communication skills. Previous experience within client services would be a definite advantage
Strong personality required
Full training will be given into entry level consultancy
