EA to Managing Director of prestigious firm

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, polished EA to join a world leading Financial Advisory firm based in beautiful offices in Mayfair.  

The role is to provide first-class support to a senior and highly regarded Managing Director and his team.  You will be an integral part of the team, expected to build strong client relationships, deliver 100% at all times, ensuring a harmonious balance between the support to the MD and the team.   

Strong emphasis is placed on your excellent attention to detail as the role is primarily organisational. You will be responsible for efficient diary and inbox management and have the ability to make light of busy travel schedules and ever changing priorities.  

Maturity and professionalism are vital to the role, as the team look to you to work calmly under pressure, seamlessly resolving any unforeseen administrative problems that arise, a trait you will have perfected whilst working in a similar role for at least five years at another professional services firm.

• Educated to degree level (preferred)
• At least 5 years experience in a similar, previous role
• Experience within Financial Services an asset 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Accuracy and high attention to detail
• Immaculately presented, polished and well spoken
