Personal Assistant to IFA

An IFA with 2 staff require a PA to start ASAP with experience working in Advisory Financial Services

Your new company
This independent Financial Adviser works in a quaint office with two other technical staff. They are a personable team with a client portfolio of 100. The advisory capacity works as Wealth Management for those wishing to have their funds invested securely. This company offers training and development in the form of accredited online modules and interactive programmes on their intranet. This role is just past Halesowen - West Birmingham.

Your new role
Your role will be working to provide key client care for the portfolio of clients. Being 9-5pm reliable office management but able to action administrative tasks related to regulatory requirements, business submission and quality of documentation. It is imperative that you have this experience in order to hit the ground running and be an integral support to the IFA. You will not be required to work out of office hours allowing a strong work/life balance.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience in advisory financial services. Have a key understanding of regulatory requirements and terminology related to investments and wealth management. You will also need to have a strong sense of customer service, a proactive attitude and be happy working in a small office.

What you'll get in return
You will get a £300 pension contribution monthly, options to buy shares in the company and a set 9-5pm office hours routine. You will not be required to work outside of these hours and you will be offered the opportunity to develop and widen your knowledge of Financial Services.
