A fantastic opportunity to join a private medical centre as a HR & Training coordinator on a permanent basis. This is a wonderful opportunity for a candidate who already has training coordination experience to build and develop within the role.

The successful candidate will be proactive, innovative and hard-working with a mature attitude and happy to muck in, you will also need to be confident with MS office skills; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Duties:

  • Take responsibility for the co-ordination and organisation of all in house training events including organisation of meeting rooms, equipment and booking diaries.
  • Produce, update and assemble training packs for all in-house courses including monthly induction days, refresher training, clinical updates and other courses.
  • Manage, co-ordinate and contribute to the mandatory training programme.
  • Act as first point of contact and advice.
  • Maintain and update LMS when required.
  • Healthy and Safety
  • Assist with annual appraisals and set 3 monthly targets.
  • Provide general secretarial service to the Training and Development and HR departments.
