Team Assistant - Temp to perm

This client - a leading private equity firm, is offering a temp to perm position based in their Mayfair office. You will be supporting an investment Team consisting of circa. 6 individuals. 

This role would suit an assistant holding at least 2 years' experience in a similar environment.

Duties will include:

• Screen incoming enquiries
• Coordinate international travel/meetings
• Creating meeting materials
• Managing team expenses/invoices

You will be among other assistants who have grown within the company, so it is a great environment where scope to progress can be granted in time. A 'can-do' approach is a must, and this client favours candidates who have supported within alternative investment.
